BT Radianz – Global Financial Services

In 2006 and 2007, Realise Data Systems provided on-site consulting services to BT Radianz during the ClickSchedule implementation.  ClickSoftware’s optimised scheduling product was rolled out to 150 engineers throughout the United Kingdom.  During that time, Realise Data System’s employees provided technical training of the product to Radianz’s administrators, IT helpdesk personnel, engineers, and schedulers.  Realise Data Systems was also in charge of the complex integration between ClickSoftware’s product and Radianz’s existing Lotus Notes based Order Management Systems.

BT Radianz also invested in Realise Data System’s tailor made Audit-Track solution, allowing them to track data changes made within ClickSoftware’s ClickSchedule product; providing the business with insight and control over system changes and reconstruction capabilities that would otherwise have been unavailable to them.

As a result of the implementation, BT Radianz has improved their business processes and efficiency.
